We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager, supporting our MTO and municipal contracts in Ontario.

As a member of the senior leadership team and reporting to the VP Ontario Operations, this role is responsible for:
- Overseeing of the in-scope program for all Ontario operations;
- Supporting Ontario Divisions by liaising with contract stakeholders;
- Tracking various risk share mechanisms including preparing, reviewing and submitting documentation;
- Managing various annual license renewal processes;
- Participating in preparing, monitoring and/or responding to RFA and RFC documents for all Ontario Divisions;
- Participating in monthly job cost and quarterly review processes;
- Participating in revenue and cost postings review and allocation;
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must have:
- A thorough understanding of MTO contracts, in-scope and RFA/RFP/RFC programs and specifications;
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Proven financial acumen;
- Excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills;
- Proficient computer knowledge and ability to navigate industry programs;
- Prior experience working with multiple complex contracts required.
This is a non-union, salaried, management position. Compensation and benefits will be based on the experience of the successful candidate.
